Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident preparing with StudyBucky. This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. Free diagnostic

Our diagnostic exam is free and requires no payment, so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing.

2. Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the “Manage subscription” billing portal in your dashboard (or by emailing us); cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

3. Refund window

If you are unhappy with a new paid subscription, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund of that initial charge. Renewal charges after the first period are generally non-refundable.

4. Tutoring sessions

  • Your first 1-on-1 tutoring session is free.
  • Paid tutoring sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@studybucky.com from the email on your account and include the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.
