Pricing FAQ
Does the 7-day free trial require a credit card?
Yes — you'll enter a card to start a paid plan's 7-day trial, but you won't be charged until day 8. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing. The Free plan (browse the app + free diagnostic) never requires a card.
What happens when my trial ends?
On day 8, your card is charged for the plan you selected (Monthly or 3-Month) and your subscription continues automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from the "Manage subscription" billing portal in your dashboard, or by emailing support@studybucky.com. Cancelling stops future renewals — your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. We don't prorate refunds for partial periods.
Can I get a refund?
If you're unhappy with a new paid subscription, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of that initial charge. Renewal charges after the first period are generally non-refundable. See full terms.
Which plan should I pick?
Most students prep for 2–3 months, so the 3-Month plan matches a typical study cycle and costs less per month than Monthly. Monthly suits a short final sprint.
